REFUND POLICY

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards: Gift certificates purchased at Luxe Wellness Boutique or online via our website are honored as a form of payment for both regular priced and discounted services and package deals, except for gift certificates purchased online as part of special gift certificate promotions (gift certificate auctions and sales). Terms and Conditions for those gift certificates are further defined below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES SOLD DURING ALL GIFT CERTIFICATE DISCOUNTED SALES PROMOTIONS

  • All Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for Cash.
  • The use of gift certificates sold at a discounted price cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts being offered by Luxe Wellness Boutique.
  • Gift certificates sold may not be used for product purchases that are on sale.
  • When redeeming a gift certificate for services, any add-ons to spa services will be charged at full retail price per our menu of services.
  • Services may not be lengthened in time when using a gift certificate sold at a discounted price.

Products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be given in the form of payment in which it was received. Allow 5-7 business days for credit refunds. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase has been made within the last 7 days. NO REFUNDS are allowed on sale items or used clothing items.

Spa Services: Luxe Wellness Boutique strives to provide the utmost respect in customer service and satisfaction with our services provided. If you are displeased with your wellness service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist/therapist at the time of checkout. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of management, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to “make it right” and please you. We do not provide refunds for services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.

First-time clients COLONICS (Have never received services at our facility) and clients who have not been in the PAST 6 MONTHS.

*Due to the nature of this service, you can’t be late for your appointment. (There is no grace period)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. For this reason, please arrive on time. Clients that arrive after their scheduled appointment time may have their service shortened as a courtesy to other clients.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by e-mail at luxewellboutique@gmail.com if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours or you’re unable to reach us by phone on our business line: 318.732.4007.

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. We recognize the time spent with our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.

PHONE POLICY

Cell Phones and PDA’s: We strive to keep a peaceful atmosphere for all our clients. So please turn cell phones and other electronic devices off, or switch to vibrate/silent mode while enjoying your services. We appreciate it and so will your fellow clients.
